The Achill Island Community Platform
During the "European Action Stage", the international project week in
Ireland the "vc4u" workshop established an internet portal in
cooperation with "Achill Tourism" and the "Achill Island IT - Center".
The Community Platform is a dynamic web portal which can be
administrated by a web browser,
like Internet Explorer of Firefox. It is based on an Open Source
content management system called "mambo".
