The University has Institutes of Public Administration, Forensic Medicine, Francophone countries Study Center, Study Centre of Central and Eastern Europe, Swiss, German and Austrian Study Center, American Stu dy Center which have been successfully developing and contributing to the research and study activities of the University.

The Centre for International Relations and Studies acts as a major body for organizing and administration of all mobility programmes - Socrates, Leonardo da Vinci, based on inter-university agreements and other programmes based on international governmental agreements.
The centre organizes introductory programmes for outgoing and incoming students, which involves raising the intercultural sensitivity and competence in language skills or introduction into survival language, acquaintance with the countries culture and traditions, self-management for students who stay in a foreign country without previous experience in living apart from their families.
The university will use its experiences regarding training in intercultural communication and will help to valorise the results of the project.
