Description of the shop	The shop's largest product range is clothing. Le Marathonien has a choice of items adapted for various sporting activities. The shop also sells many types of sport shoes, including athletics shoes and street shoes etc. It also specialises in racket sports (tennis, badminton, and table tennis) supplying rackets, balls, and general technical accessories related to these disciplines.	It sellsl additional equipment including a broad selection of sporting trophies (cups and medals, etc.). There are various vacuum-packed (blister pack) products on sale. These include swimming goggles, compasses, torches, balls, stopwatches, sports watches, bathing caps, and nose grips, etc.
A brief history of the business	The shop was established in 1991. This unit was about 40 square metres in size and was located in Remiremont. A second shop opened in 1992, situated in Saint-Dié. Both these shops closed in 1998 when the current shop opened, giving a larger floor space (approximately 110 metres square).
