 Project Coordination Committee (PCC)
 The overall management will be the responsibility of a Project Coordination 
      Committee (PCC), that will consist of representatives of the principal contractors. 
      The chair of the PCC will be the project co-ordinator of the SHOP-LAB project. 
      The major tasks of the PCC will be the control of project progress, resource 
      spend, quality assurance, and, in case of problems,
 the definition of solutions, corrections, resource reallocation etc..
 All basic project decisions will be taken by the 
        PCC. The PCC shall meet at least quarterly
